Timberland Equipment was selected to partner with Marine Equipment Solutions to develop the recently launched MES 50. The collaboration also draws on the marine construction expertise of Rasmussen Equipment, an MES company established in 1936.

Together, Timberland Equipment, Marine Equipment Solutions, and Rasmussen Equipment bring more than 130 years of combined industry experience to this new generation of heavy-duty winching.

• Hydraulic power system: The winches can be powered by either diesel or electric hydraulic power units (HPUs). By utilizing Tier 4 engines and electric HPUs the MES 50 contributes to a more environmentally friendly operation.

• Enhanced control and precision: Equipped with hydraulic controls, the MES 50 allows for precise operation, improving handling and finesse in lifting and pulling applications. The MES 50 provides smoother control and greater efficiency compared to traditional friction winches.
