Timberland hydraulic bullwheel V groove puller, Model P40V-1H/1DD modular designed for helicopter transport for new construction
or re-conductoring of single conductor, OPGW or earthwire.

Power Unit
• 66.8 HP @ 2,600 RPM water cooled diesel engine with lockable fuel cap & Webasto installed
• 1,755 mm (54”) diameter canted bullwheels with replaceable V-groove lining segments
• Close d loop hydrostatic drive for smooth operation and infinitely variable control of pulling operation
Bullwheels
• Direct driven by modern, completely enclosed planetary gearboxes. All with gearing running in an oil bath, without any final chain drives or open gearing
Operator Console
• Operator console is located in a safe position on the Puller, and includes direction control lever, brake controls for the bullwheels and reel winder, gauges for line pull, reel winder pressure and engine instrumentation. The single lever control on the console allows infinitely variable speed control.
• Independent line pull is controlled by the operator
• Automatic over pull protection system with line pull gauge allows operator to preset maximum line pull at which the puller will stop pulling and hold the load. (meanwhile engine remains running)
Frame
• Four anchor/lifting lugs & weight decal on each module. Anchors can be used to mount unit to trailer • Includes quick disconnects for reel winder
