24 Point Mooring System for 4 Vessels
Timberland was contracted by EEP/Petrobras to design and manufacture 16 mooring pull-in systems for use in the Buzios field offshore of Brazil.  Each system had a Timberland designed and manufactured skidding gantry which integrated a powered turndown sheave, tugger winch, block and tackle and a chain locker designed to hold several hundred feet of 120 mm studless chain. 
This included:
• 24 Point Mooring System for 4 Vessels
• Chain Stoppers
• H4 Moveable 600 Te Chain Jacks and Gantries
• HPU's with Controls

Spread Mooring System for FPSO Near Angola Coast
FPSO located off the coast of Angola, Timberland’s scope was to design, build and commission the mooring system for the FPSO.  The mooring system consists of 14 mooring legs, located at each corner of the FPSO in groups of 3 mooring legs at the Forward end, and groups of 4 mooring legs at the Stern.  Each mooring leg consists of anchor, connectors and 127 mm anchor chain.  Timberland supplied 14 deck mounted Chain Stoppers for each mooring leg and four Chain Jacks complete with explosion proof Hydraulic Power Units and controls.
This included:
• 12 x chain stoppers
• 127 mm chain
• 4 Chain Jacks
