Our innovative In-Command system is a radio-operated system that sets the role of tensioner and puller automatically via remote transmission. This 5-in-1 Multi-Unit features a 4-wheel-drive center articulated carrier with a 3-section telescopic crane, capable of carrying up to 3,000 lbs. when fully extended. Cable trays are included for neat and organized storage of the boom hosing.

#TimberlandFact When powerful winds destroyed the original cranes at the Hoover Dam Bypass project, construction came to a standstill.
Timberland Equipment was called upon to design, build, and deliver a custom lifting system on an accelerated timeline to get the project back on track.
Thanks to Timberland’s engineering expertise and commitment to rapid delivery, work resumed safely and efficiently.

Maintenance Cassette Features
- Customizable deck design to support any mines operation. Independant diesel system to control jacks and run pumps while not connected to prime mover can be included as an option.
- Included in above model is a HIAB 038 crane, toolbox storage boxes, four (4) hose reels, storage for welding supplies and various sized work benches.
- Also included is the independent diesel system to control jacks, run hydraulic hose crimping machine and hose cutting machine independently while disconnected from the prime mover

How to Safely Dock/Undock a Cassette System Cassette
Timberland Equipment Limited’s Cassette System is designed for rapid onboarding and offboarding a suite of innovative and durable mining tools. To safely dock or undock a cassette please follow the steps below.
- Position cassette where it needs to be disconnected.
- Disengage locking pins to disconnect cassette from Prime Mover.
- Lower the jacks to lift cassette off of the Prime Mover.
- To ensure safe connecting/disconnecting, turn off the engine.
- Disconnect hydraulic and electrical quick-connects.
- Start the engine and drive away. *** Safety feature: The engine will not start unless the junction box is properly in place.
