SPAR Mooring System for Gulfstar FPSO

Timberland was contracted by Petrobras to design and manufacture 16 mooring pull-in systems for use in the Buzios field offshore of Brazil. Each system had a Timberland designed and manufactured skidding gantry which integrated a powered turndown sheave, tugger winch, block and tackle and a chain locker designed to hold several hundred feet of 120 mm studless chain.
