Gumusut FPU
The 12-point mooring of Gumusut-Kakak FPSO in Malaysia was moored in 11 days!
This included:
- Push style movable chain jack system complete with gantry
- 4 x Movable Chain Jacks
- 12 x Chain Stoppers
- 12 x Turn Down Sheaves
- 4 x HPU’s
P-51, P-52 & P-56 FPU’s Riser Pull-in System
This was a 16-point mooring system which means it housed 16 chains with 4 points on each corner of the vessel. For P52 and P56, the mooring chains which the chain jacks and underwater fairleads handle is 120 mm diameter (meaning the steel portion of each chain link is 120 mm diameter) and each chain link is 720 mm high (28”). Timberland engineered, manufactured and supplied the chain jacks, sheaves hydraulic power units and control cabins to complete the project.
This included:
- 16 x 600 Te Chain Jacks (120 mm chain)
- 16 x Underwater Fairleads
- 16 x Turn Down Sheaves
- 4 x 750 hp HPU’s
- 4 x Control Cabins
LLOG Delta House FPS
The FPS is designed for peaking capacity of 100,000 barrels of oil per day and 240 million cubic feet of gas per day.
This included:
- 12 x Underwater Fairleads for 142 mm chain
