WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for hourly and salaried roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing and operations positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, campus outreach, and community partnerships
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Monitor integration progress and gather feedback to continuously improve the process
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment documentation
- Assist with compliance requirements related to hiring, training, and workplace standards
