Mining Hoists

Timberland Equipment Limited designs and manufactures production, service and mucking hoists for underground mining operations and applications.

Other mining hoists include shaft sinking and tunneling, mine rescue systems as well as personnel hoists.

• Timberland’s Electronic Hoist Monitoring System (EHMS) to monitor overtravel, overspeed, slack rope and provide operator feedback on these conditions via programmable display
• Electro-hydraulic
• Modular Design

Optional Features

• Diesel-hydraulic in lieu of electro-hydraulic
• Variable frequency electric drive in lieu of hydraulic
• Grooved drums with or without shells
• ANSI A10.4 compliant
• SIL 2 and international compliance
